The Serviced Apartment Awards are the first and only dedicated awards created for and by the international serviced apartment, aparthotel, extended stay and short term rental industry.
Now in their tenth year, the 2025 awards take are taking place on 13 May at the dazzling The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane.
The awards are open to all serviced apartment operators, alliances, providers and suppliers worldwide, and will recognise excellence at corporate and individual levels.
This year there are 19 award categories, judged by a panel of industry experts.
