Eloise Hanson
Eloise joined IHM in September 2019 as reporter for Boutique Hotel News and was promoted to editor - hospitality in July 2023, overseeing BHN and its sister website Serviced Apartment News. She broadly covers the global boutique, lifestyle and luxury hotel industry, as well as serviced apartments, aparthotels and extended stay. As a multimedia journalist, Eloise contributes to daily news articles, a weekly e-newsletter and monthly features, in addition to each brand’s podcast and webinar series.
Shelley Conn
Shelley Conn is a British actress known for her dynamic career across television, film, and theatre. She stars in Adultery for ITV later this year and is widely recognised for her roles in many hit series such as Bridgerton, Gen V, Little Disasters, Terra Nova, Liar and Mistresses among others. With a career spanning over two decades, Shelley has built a reputation for her versatility and on-screen presence, appearing in a wide range of international productions.
Alongside her screen work, Shelley has an extensive theatre background, performing with leading companies including the National Theatre. She has earned critical acclaim, including an Olivier Award for the her work with the Royal Shakespeare Company.
With her engaging stage presence and connection to global audiences, Shelley brings a unique energy and prestige as co-host of the Serviced Apartment Awards.
